Alex and her staff are lovely and always feel so much better after each visit. Had recurring neck and upper back pain and nothing I did seemed to work to fix it. First consultation was brilliant, very thorough and with everything explained clearly. The treatment plan has been brilliant the various exercise that compliment your plan in between sessions make such a difference if you stick to them. Rarely having the same issues I used to have, feel a lot more confident in my posture and movement, overall excellent experience!

This has come up in my husbands name but I would like to thank Alex for the wonderful treatment I have had over the years mainly due to bad sleeping positions and the odd horse riding accident. Although I attended the clinic for a ligament problem I can't recommend enough the regular continued maintenance visit. I am always amazed how a body can need the slightest adjustment and Alex spots these things before they become an issue.

Alex has really helped over the years with various issues I’ve had. Ranging from shoulder and back pain I’d got since the birth of my son and running injuries of the knee and hip. Alex is great at quick fixes but also longer term “maintenance” so issues don’t reoccur.
